Collins, McMahon & Harris P.L.L.C. serves individuals, business and institutional clients throughout the State of Vermont. The attorneys at Collins, McMahon & Harris have developed areas of expertise in real estate and commercial transactions, plaintiff's personal injury, commercial transactions, representation of corporations and small businesses, education law, wills and trusts and general trial work and litigation. The firm has experienced steady growth since it was established in 1984 and now includes five attorneys and a seven-person support staff. In 1997, the firm acquired a new home, the historic house at 308 Main Street in Burlington.
We know that many people are intimidated by the prospect of consulting a lawyer so the attorneys and staff members at Collins, McMahon & Harris make a special effort to put clients and potential clients at ease. We offer a free initial consultation to prospective clients and we also take cases, such as back wage and personal injury claims, on a contingency basis.
