1. Inspection ends when sale begins.

3. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, No guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
4. No exchanges, refunds or adjustments.
5. Everyone is responsible for their own merchandise.
6. All sales subject to sales tax unless exemption certificate furnished.
7. Payment must be made be made by cash or approved check with positive identification.
8. Everything must be paid for in full immediately before removal.
9. Complete removal of items sold at this auction is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Removal time only as specified.
10. Announcements by Auctioneer on day of sale supercedes any prior printed matter.
11. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids.
12. Not responsible for accidents.
13.No absentee bids will be accepted after 5:00 PM on Friday before the auction.
