More than Insulated Concrete Forms

Producing a building that actually performs at the level you envision means achieving a balance between each of the systems that interact with your structure, starting with the building envelope. At Reward Wall Systems, we want to provide you with the most efficient and profitable building envelope available. And here, we believe that the highest quality building materials are insulating concrete forms (ICFs).
As a leading manufacturer of ICFs, we strive to bring the highest building performance to architects, general contractors, distributors, builders and owners through an innovative line of ICF products. Reward understands the environments, mechanical systems, occupants and especially how ICFs affect those systems. It is the combination of these systems, beginning with the building envelope, that dictate how a structure will perform.
Reward ICFs create buildings that are energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly, sustainable, quiet and comfortable. Our goal is to give you a building envelope that gives superior results when compared to conventional building methods. An envelope that resists harmful mold, dust and allergens, along with powerful wind, storm and fire damage.
The thick concrete core of insulated concrete forms keeps air where it should be, meaning interior temperatures stay steady throughout the year, reducing heating and cooling costs. Produced from recycled materials, Reward’s ICFs begin their life as an environmentally friendly product designed to make buildings more energy efficient. Unused portions of the block can even be reused or recycled to make the lowest possible impact on natural resources.
By keeping air and moisture out, insulated concrete forms lower the potential for allergens and mold meaning that buildings are safer and healthier to live, work and play in. Standing up to winds of up to 200 mph and fire for up to four hours, ICFs provide peace of mind for those inside.
From custom homes to 20-plex movie theaters, Reward has the product that will meet your needs and the manufacturing facilities to get it to you on time. With multiple product lines, Reward’s steel-reinforced concrete walls come in varying designs and widths. This means that Reward’s insulated concrete forms are perfect for both residential and commercial projects. The two layers of expanded polystyrene are held together by strong polypropylene ties spaced six inches on center. Ties of different lengths give flexibility to each product line, creating forms that range in width from nine to 17 inches. Into this space, rebar is placed and concrete is poured to create a core suitable for any structure.
Once the block is at your jobsite and you’re preparing to pour the concrete, we can’t stand to sit by the sidelines. Through training from Reward’s industry experts, you’ll learn how to install your ICFs, incorporate systems and educate subcontractors in how to achieve the most efficient structure. Through on site training, classroom training and professionals available by phone and email, feel confident that your building will achieve the highest possible performance.
So, take a look through our site. Explore the idea of Building Science, understand how Reward goes Beyond the Block, look at the projects we have done and take a tour of our product lines. And when you’re done, give us a call. We’re waiting to talk to you about how you can get more out of your home, theater, school, office or hotel with insulating concrete forms.
