Consult/Techs was founded in 1984 by Ken Tatro a former AT&T employee. After retiring from AT&T after 35 years he started Consult/Techs, now run by Michael Tatro. Michael first worked in the field with Ken in 1987. Consult/Techs now has 6 technicians who are certified in level 5 cabling, fiber optic termination, testing, and trained in most Avaya (Lucent) products. Consult/Techs services all of Vermont but we prefer to stay in the southern part of the state as well as New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Consult/Techs started out as a company providing different types of cable installations and telephone consulting and has grown today to offer a host of products and services in the communication marketplace. With over 220 customers and growing we pride ourselves on providing quality workmanship at a fair price. The customers that we service the most are Definity or Prologic system users and most have either Definity voice mail or Intuinty. Other Avaya (Lucent) equipment that we sell and service are, all Merlin, Spirit, and Partner systems. As an Authorized Panasonic sales and service provider we have access to all Panasonic equipment and trained technicians to service all your needs. We are located in Brattleboro, Vermont and provide 24 hour emergency service.
