In 1951 W. Edson McKee started his law practice in what was then the Montpelier Savings Bank Building. The law firm that grew out of that solo practice, McKee, Giuliani & Cleveland, today occupies greatly expanded office space at the same location on the second floor at the corner of Main and State Streets in downtown Montpelier.
Our practice is general and diversified with concentrations in transactional law, municipal representation, real estate conveyance and financing, probate, public finance and education. A listing of representative clients is available upon request.
We pride ourselves on responding to client needs with promptness, efficiency and competency. Over the years, our firm has developed and enjoyed a reputation for furnishing advice, counsel and representation of the highest quality.
