Pathways to Well Being is a non-profit organization hosting independent practitioners in private practice. Its mission is to provide holistic health care and education to the greater Burlington community.
Pathways is located in a beautiful space on Burlington, Vermont's waterfront, hosting a unique combination of body and mind wellness under the same roof.
Come in and relax with one of our talented practitioners at the Massage and Bodywork Center. We offer swedish, deep tissue, cranio-sacral, pre-natal massages, and reflexology sessions. Whether stress, injury, or an overall imbalance is interfering with your everyday routine, our sessions will help you achieve optimum health once again.
If you are seeking treatment for emotional or behavioral stress, our Guidance and Support Center is a group of trained professionals to help you work toward your personal growth. Treatment modalities include homeopathy, hypnosis, sand tray, play therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based practice. We are available for consultations with children, adults, and families.
