Taekwon-Do: The traditional unarmed Korean martial art. Literally, Tae means kicking. Kwon means punching, and Do refers to a way of life. Taken together, the aim of training in Taekwon-Do is to enable each student to achieve integrated control of body, mind and spirit to benefit not only one's martial arts accomplisments, but also one's entire way of thinking and living.
