Brattleboro Memorial Hospital is a modern, well-equipped and professionally staffed community hospital serving the greater Brattleboro and tri-state area. BMH has kept up with medical technology which, in turn, has drawn excellent physicians to our facility. The BMH Medical Staff boasts more than 100 board-certified physicians, active in both primary care and many specialties. BMH is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

The new Brew Barry Conference Center is now open for all meetings, classes, and exercise groups. The new complex is located on the lower level of the main hospital in the former PT gym. It has 3 different conference rooms which can be opened up to one large room. The exercise room is separate from these 3 conference rooms. Enter through the main hospital entrance and follow burgundy colored signs to the new Brew Barry Conference Center one level down.

At the recent hospital annual meeting, the chairmanship of the Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation (SVHSC) board of directors passed from James F. Baker, II to Kirsten Beske. Brattleboro Memorial Hospital CEO/President Barry Beeman thanked Baker for his service to the hospital as did the incoming chair. [more]
