Little Arrows Early Childhood Center is open to serve the Deaf, Hard of Hearing
& Hearing population age 6 weeks to 6 years old.

The Vermont Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Parent Infant Program is very pleased to be a part of the effort in Vermont to establish a chapter of the national organization of Hands & Voices. We are in preliminary start up phase and have been granted provisional status. We will be working diligently this year to complete the application process and become an established chapter.
